I left a farm of Claude agents running overnight with one goal: find a SaaS that makes money. They killed about 245 ideas and kept one. Germany changed an e-invoice rule on Sept 2, and when the agents tested the free validators on Google's first page, most still said "valid" for invoices that now fail. So they built a validator that tracks every rule change, shipped it on AWS, and started running ads. Day 4: 65 visitors, 6 real invoices validated, 1 pricing click, 0 sales.
