8 months ago I started building PropWalk Why? Every real estate agent is sick and tired of people telling them to "get on social media and post content consistently" so I build an app to fix that. it lets you type in a property address or paste a Zillow link and pull in the property details and photos. You can turn it into a walkthrough video, and make carousel posts for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Throughout the months of building this and talking to dozens of real estate agents, I realized they wanted to get on social media, but they literally don't know what to post other than boring "just listed" posts. That's where I come in. I created a topic bank of over 1,000 trending real estate topics. All relevant topics that the top social media realtors post about. Some examples are like: "What I wish i knew before moving to (insert city)" or "5 things to do before listing your home for sale". there's also a feature where you can simply say what you want it to be about, and it will create an in-depth informational carousel post on each slide about the topic in a humanized fashion. Realtors securely connect their socials and schedule their posts so they don't have to worry about it. The 130+ agents subscribed on the platform are LOVING it. building this has been so much fun and it's changing my life for the better!
