In finance subreddits the same questions come up every day: "How long until I'm debt-free?", "What does 500 a month become in 20 years?", "Is this fund fee too high?" People answer them by hand in the comments, again and again. So I built Finance Calculator: an app that runs directly inside a Reddit post, so nobody has to leave the thread. What it does: - 32 calculators: debt payoff (snowball vs avalanche), loan & mortgage, credit card payoff, compound growth, FIRE, dividends, DCF, P/E and other ratios, covered calls and more - a plain-language result sentence you can copy straight into a comment - English, German, Spanish and French, 10 currency labels - free, no ads, no sign-up, and your numbers never leave your device How it's built: Reddit's developer platform (Devvit) with React and TypeScript. Every calculator is checked against independently worked examples, and each version goes through Reddit's app review.
