Original Summary

Building an AI feature into my product and hit a point where I've got prompts scattered across code, a Notion doc, and half-remembered Slack messages about "the good version we had last week." No real way to test a prompt change before it goes live, no way to tell which version is actually running in prod, and if something breaks I'm not sure if it's the model or the prompt someone edited. Curious how the rest of you handle this. Just editing directly in code and hoping? Spreadsheet? Something more structured? Trying to figure out if this is a me problem or something everyone deals with once they're past the "one prompt in a function" stage. Thanks! submitted by /u/Budget-Web-9789 [link] [comments]
