Original Summary
I coach professionally and one of the most frustrating parts of the job has nothing to do with coaching. It’s the admin. Clients message asking for times. You check your calendar. You send payment details. Someone wants to buy a package. Someone else wants to reschedule. Then you’re trying to remember who has paid, how many sessions they have left, and when to follow up. I’ve been building a simple platform specifically for coaches to handle this in one place. The idea is that a coach gets their own booking page where clients can: - see available times - book private or group sessions - pay online - buy lesson packages - manage upcoming bookings On the coach side, I’m working toward client history, package tracking, invoices, automated follow-ups and eventually AI-generated lesson summaries from a quick voice note after a session. I know there are tools like Calendly, but I wanted something built around the actual workflow of a coach rather than generic meetings. I’m considering pricing it around €10/month for an individual coach , with a free version and higher tiers for automation and multi-coach academies. For anyone here who coaches, teaches or runs sessions: What part of managing your clients currently wastes the most time? And secondly: would you actually switch from Calendly / WhatsApp / spreadsheets for something like this, or is this solving a problem that isn’t painful enough? submitted by /u/VillageStrong958 [link] [comments]
