If you built a company 5+ years ago and you’re building something new now, what feels harder? I keep hearing how much easier it is to build a company today. AI can write the code. No-code tools are everywhere. Software is cheaper. You can launch something in a weekend that might have taken months before. But I’m curious about the other side. If you’ve actually built a company 5+ years ago and are now trying to build something new, what would you say: 1. Is MUCH easier today? 2. Is MUCH harder today? I’m particularly interested in the second one because I feel like people don’t talk about it nearly as much.
