Original Summary
Used to live-code my side projects on Twitch. A lot of them never made it past planning because I lacked feedback or I couldn't tell which ideas were worth continuing, so I'd stall or drop them. I'm curious how other solo builders handle this. Do you validate ideas before writing code? Go with your gut? Build a quick prototype and see if you still care a week later? I'm researching this because I'm considering building something to help with it, but I haven't built anything yet and I'm not selling anything. Just like to hear how people actually do it. Thoughts?
