There are already a lot of SaaS boilerplates. And coding agents make starter code cheaper every month. So if the value is just “here are some files you could ask Claude to generate”, this product probably shouldn’t exist. The bet I’m testing with The Fabrica is that the valuable part is the accumulated production decisions, integration work, verification, and context that you can then hand to the agent. I don’t think the interesting part is “here are auth, billing and a dashboard”. The part I kept rebuilding on every SaaS was everything that only becomes annoying once the pieces have to behave correctly together: auth + application state subscriptions + webhook reconciliation credits / metered usage long-running background jobs migrations account deletion / data lifecycle deployment config
