(yes, another focus timer post) I've been building Telos on my own, mostly in the evenings. You pick a block of time, a small guild of adventurers heads out for exactly that long, and you do your actual work. When you're done, you find out what they brought back. The whole thing runs on one rule: opening the app doesn't move anything forward. Putting your phone down does. No streaks, no nagging notifications, nothing to tap while the timer's running. Figured this sub is full of people squeezing focused hours around everything else, which is exactly who I need. It's a week of real sessions and six short questions at the end.
