I have 30K+ followers on Instagram, and I spend a lot of time looking at other creators' content to understand what makes their videos work. But when I wanted to study the actual scripts, I kept doing the same annoying process: Reel → listen → pause → type → replay → repeat. So I built a small MVP. Now I can paste a Reel and get the transcript, or enter a creator profile and process 5/10/15 Reels at once. The interesting part for me isn't really transcription. I'm thinking about turning it into a content research tool where you can search/analyze a creator's scripts, hooks, CTAs and recurring topics. I'm deliberately keeping it small until I know people actually use it.
