As the title describes - have you created anything that was financially succesful or useful as an accident or side-effect?<p>I once made a tool for a very rare case where my chainsaw-chain would get stuck and i had to make a small tool for it, turns out it was a great idea and people wondered what it was and i sold about 12 pieces of it. Made a small fortune out of nothing.
