I’m building a small app called UnbindShift for teams that work rotating shifts. The problem I’m trying to solve is pretty simple: employees need an easy way to say when they’re available, and managers need to turn that into a schedule without endless messages, spreadsheets, or last-minute changes. It’s still early, so I’m mostly trying to understand how different teams handle this today.
