Most GitHub profile README tools hand you an empty template and a checklist of badges to paste in. This one starts from your actual repos instead. Paste a GitHub or GitLab username (or start from scratch if you'd rather) and it prefills your real name, stack and top projects into one of four templates, like Recruiter, Minimal, Terminal, Cards. Everything is editable inline, with a live preview that renders exactly like the page will look on your actual profile. Copy the Markdown or download the file when you're happy with it. There's a short guide at the bottom for creating the special username/username repo if you don't already have one. No sign-up.
