Original Summary
I’ve been working on Aissist, an AI project focused on customer support and sales conversations. One thing that has become increasingly interesting to me is what happens after a customer conversation is finished. The conversation itself can contain useful information — why the customer needed help, why the AI couldn’t resolve something, what issues keep coming up, and where there might be opportunities to improve the product or workflow. We’re exploring ways to make that information easier to understand without having someone manually go through hundreds of conversations. For anyone building a side project, what kind of information do you wish you could easily extract from the conversations or feedback your users give you? submitted by /u/Aggravating-Pea-6891 [link] [comments]
