I’m running an experiment called Oddday. Every morning, an AI agent picks one weird, true story and turns it into a tiny playable webpage. It chooses the story, predicts how well it will land, and builds the experience. The part I’m most curious about is its judgement. It keeps a public diary, reviews yesterday’s work, and is supposed to publish “what I got wrong this week” on Sundays. It’s early, so whether that actually helps it improve is still an open question. Its first page turned a real escaped emu in Japan into a chase game. Tomorrow’s subject and interaction can be completely different. Visitors can also send stories to the agent. It writes back, and if it builds one, the sender gets credited.
