I shared this idea a few days ago and got some really useful feedback about separate threads and conversation history. So I built it. Here's how it works (image attached): Customer side (left): The customer writes to one single contact. No personal numbers. They get a simple reply and wait. Operator side (right): The message goes into a private group. Each customer gets their own separate thread (you can see them in the "Forum topics" list). Operators reply from their own accounts, so you always see who said what. The customer only sees one identity. History: Because each customer has their own thread, if they come back a week later, the whole conversation is right there. No lost context, no repeating everything.
