We needed shoppers to pick a mirror size and see the matching 3D model, including an optional phone AR view. That became Your AR Products, a free WooCommerce plugin. It accepts merchant-supplied GLB files, optional USDZ files for iPhone, and a preview image for each simple product or native variation. I would appreciate blunt feedback from people who run or build WooCommerce stores. Starting with one staging product, where would you get stuck: preparing files, assigning variations, positioning the viewer, or testing AR on a phone? I’m especially interested in theme or cache conflicts and confusing admin labels.
