Original Summary
Hey guys. I started using ninjapromo because freelancers were driving me nuts and a full agency was too expensive. The setup is simple: you drop tasks into a dashboard, and their team picks them up. You get a PM and a weekly call. The idea is you have a marketing team on retainer instead of hiring project by project. I like this. I pay around $4k/month for 40 hours. That’s a lot for a solo operator. Honestly, I was nervous paying that before seeing real results. What I like: No more hiring/firing. Tasks just move. When I’m slammed, they usually turn things around within a day. Having a PM means I don’t have to chase every detail. What I don’t like: Weekly calls can be too much. Some weeks I’d rather do async. $4k/month makes me question if it’s worth it at my stage. Getting them aligned with my vision took longer than I expected. Anyone else used a subscription agency like this? Was it worth the cost? And for people running subscription services, how do you handle trials without giving away too much? submitted by /u/EnvironmentalDot9131 [link] [comments]
