I’ve got somewhat of a background in HTML/CSS, but I’m pretty new to vibecoding and have mostly been playing around with it for fun. This is definitely nowhere near the complexity of a lot of the projects I’ve seen here. Mine started from a much more boring problem: I was working on a landscaping project and couldn’t find an online gravel calculator that showed the estimates in quite the way I wanted to see them. So I built one. It ended up being genuinely useful for me, so I kept going and added things like estimates in cubic yards, tons, and bags, plus cost calculations and a few related tools. I figured I’d share it in case it’s useful to anyone else, and I’d also be interested in any feedback from people who build this kind of thing more often than I do. It's intentionally simple and probably won't ever have a lot of bells and whistles, but I want to make sure the core experience is solid. If I keep building it out, where would you take it from here?
