Original Summary

As my SaaS projects started getting users, feedback became scattered across DMs, emails, Discord and support messages. The annoying part wasn't collecting it. It was figuring out that: “Checkout doesn't work” “Payment button is stuck” “I can't pay” might actually be the same problem . So I'm building Sorita to group those reports, aggregate the signal, let users upvote the underlying issue, and turn it into a clearer roadmap. It's intentionally much simpler than a full product management suite. Feedback → grouped issues → signal → roadmap I'm opening paid early access for $10/month : https://sorita.dev/ How do you currently decide which customer requests are actually worth building? submitted by /u/azhtom [link] [comments]
