Hello, Me and my partner have built a new SaaS in the South African market, it took us a while to complete because after speaking to a lot of people we know in the field we realized it was a missing market. The problem we are facing after chatting to a few companies is that although they are interested and we have done multiple demos none of these companies are willing to be a pilot. Since we need live usage in order to refine the product and we are struggling to continue financing the infrastructure to the product I am hoping someone can provide some insight on how we can turn these potential clients into actual clients. I am posting here hoping someone can give me some advice as to where we might be going wrong. The product is for tool and equipment hiring/rental/sales so any feedback would be appreciated as we will be forced to close the product soon due to lack of funding.
