I used to compare business software mostly by the monthly price. Now I pay more attention to what happens after we sign up. If a tool needs constant fixes, extra training, or a long explanation every time someone new uses it, the cheap plan stops feeling cheap pretty fast. The tools that have worked best for us aren’t always the ones with the most features. They’re the ones people can open, use, and move on from.
