Most of my YouTube outreach this month bounced on money structure. Flat fee only. Fee plus commission. Or a one-liner that they don't do affiliate deals. One thread went the other way. They asked about a flat fee first. I said I don't have that budget and kept the monthly share open. They tried the product. Then they wrote back that they were in. I'm not calling that a pattern yet.
