Original Summary

The kids are in bed. The house now feels calm. So I want to unwind with a quick YouTube video before going to bed. I open the YouTube app and click on an interesting short video against my better judgement. An hour later, I have watched over 100 shorts, mostly about topics that I don't even care about. Now my head feels heavy, I am more worked up and I hate myself for wasting an hour. It's exactly at this moment, I miss the simple experience of turning on TV with few limited choices but with things that I care about. So I built https://dunno.tv It pre-programs 9 to 15 channels and schedules YouTube videos for a week at a time, mostly with things that I am interested in. You just go to the website and start watching. Use code DUNNOLAUNCH for a month free. The simplest way to think about it: YouTube playlists with an interesting presentation, so you won't have to make a decision each time you log in. The channels are pre-populated with things that I care about (except Fox News - but I like to see alternative views and I kind of miss Glenn Beck - he said ridiculous things but probably weren't as malicious) submitted by /u/Impressive-Sir9633 [link] [comments]
