Every time I build a project and get to the SEO planning stage, I end up spending a lot of time planning keywords, deciding which pages to create, keeping track of internal links… Since these are repetitive processes that follow pretty much the same rules, I built a tool that does all that work. Then I can add, change and remove things from the roadmap. I also ended up adding features to track the pages I publish and the internal links, because that was the next thing I needed while executing the plan. You can try creating your own SEO map for your project here I'd really like to hear what you think of this kind of tool, whether you use something similar, or how you manage your SEO strategy.
