I’m the founder of Cyted, so obvious disclosure upfront. I’ve been looking into how often SaaS companies actually appear when people ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity for product recommendations. What surprised me is how different the results can be from Google rankings. Some smaller competitors show up constantly while bigger brands barely appear.
