I’ve been working on a small Excel add-in called Invoice Bridge . The problem I’m trying to solve is pretty simple: A small business already has customer/order/job information sitting in Excel, but when it’s time to invoice, someone ends up entering much of the same information again into an invoice template or another system. Invoice Bridge works directly inside Excel. You select an invoice row and it groups matching line items, calculates the totals/GST, and creates a formatted invoice from the data that’s already there. I now have a working private beta and I’m looking for a few businesses that actually use Excel somewhere in their order → invoice workflow to try it free in exchange for feedback .
