I've always been a little uncomfortable with those “free PDF tools” where you upload a contract, bank statement, résumé, or other sensitive document to some random server just to merge or compress it. So I built WorldofPDFs around a simple idea: your PDF shouldn't have to leave your computer. It has 64 tools for things like: Merge / split PDFs Compress PDFs PDF → Word / Excel / JPG Edit and sign PDFs OCR Redact sensitive information Remove metadata Encrypt PDFs Compare two PDFs Extract text/images Convert PDFs to Markdown/HTML/EPUB The interesting part is that the processing happens inside the browser using JavaScript/WebAssembly .
