We run a small 3-person team building and operating four B2B SaaS products across different areas: dynamic QR management, fintech APIs, property-defect reporting, and restaurant menu OCR. Nobody has a dedicated management role. Everyone is involved in building, shipping, or marketing. We also reuse the same stack and billing setup across products, which has helped us keep some MVP cycles around two weeks. The interesting part is that building is not really our biggest bottleneck. Filtering ideas is. We look at a dozen or more ideas every month, and most never make it to the development stage.
