Not what I expected. For months I built things people found useful. Clean utility. Obvious value. Nobody complained. Nobody got particularly excited either. They used it, got value, sometimes stayed, sometimes didn't. Then I shipped something that made people feel something strong. Not universally positive. Half the reactions were uncomfortable.
