Hey everyone! I’ve been working on an expense/personal finance app called Masarify , and I’m currently trying to figure out what I should actually build next. Rather than making features based on assumptions, I’d rather hear from people who genuinely track their expenses and manage their money. The main use case I’m targeting is people who have multiple bank accounts, wallets, cash, and/or currencies , with expense tracking, reports, and other personal finance features. One feature I’ve been working on is SMS Transaction Detection . The app can read bank transaction SMS messages and extract the transaction details. The processing happens completely offline on the device . You can also choose whether detected transactions are added automatically or sent for review first. My current idea is to keep features that work completely offline free and unlimited . SMS detection, for example, isn't something I currently plan to put behind a limit. But I'm honestly more interested in the problems than in promoting the app. So for people who use expense trackers: Do you actually use an expense tracker? If not, why? What annoys you the most about the ones you've tried? What features do you find genuinely useful? Is there something you wish your current app could do but doesn't? What app are you currently using? What do you like about it, and what's missing? Do you enter transactions manually, or do you use automation? If you have multiple bank accounts, wallets, cash, or currencies, what's the hardest part about keeping everything organized? Do you reconcile your tracker with your actual bank balances? If so, how? What's one thing you wish expense tracking apps handled better? I'm not trying to sell anything here . The app isn't even published on the stores yet — it's currently just in testing. I'm mainly looking for real problems and use cases so I can figure out which features are actually worth spending time on.
