Original Summary

The fundamental flaw of the apparel industry: brands manufacture thousands of units first, rent expensive real estate, and pray for buyers later. Whatever doesn't sell gets discounted to death or burned. To flip this logic, we built TerzyApp . The Model: Zero Inventory: Nothing is cut or stitched until a specific client orders it. Measurement Passport: Users complete an assisted onboarding flow to generate a lifelong digital measurement profile. Marketplace Fulfillment: Instead of opening factories, we route orders and pre-pattern geometries directly to local master tailors, giving them digital storefronts. The Bottleneck We Are Solving: Taking accurate body measurements via a mobile phone without forcing users to buy measuring tapes or specialized hardware. We rely on guided reference inputs to output a digital toile for the artisan. We’re currently in closed beta (UK/London focus) and need brutal UI/UX feedback on our onboarding funnel: terzyapp.com https://apps.apple.com/us/app/testflight/id899247664 Tear the concept apart—would you ever trust an app to handle custom-fitted clothing, or is the friction too high? submitted by /u/Significant-Love9857 [link] [comments]
