Original Summary

I’m building something around marketing and realized I don’t really know how other founders handle this, so I figured I’d just ask here. Like, when you’re trying to grow: how do you decide what channel to try? how do you figure out why growth is slow? do you actually look at competitors, customers, funnel data etc. or mostly just go with your gut? what part of marketing do you hate doing yourself? if you could basically have someone constantly looking at your marketing and telling you what you’re missing, what would you want them to look at? Not trying to sell anything btw, I’m still trying to figure out if the problem I’m thinking about is actually a real problem. Curious how you guys actually do this. Even if the answer is just "idk, I’m winging it" lol submitted by /u/Big-Heat-5119 [link] [comments]
