I build side projects and keep needing demo / walkthrough videos. First few I recorded by hand. Fine once. Then the UI changed and I had to do it again. That got old fast. So I extracted a small CLI from my main project: you describe the walkthrough in YAML (locators + actions), Playwright runs it, and you get an MP4. When something moves in the UI, I tweak the relevant steps and re-run instead of clicking through the whole thing again. It’s not an AI slide tool, just define scene and action for the website and generate video, main point is being consistent. I’ve used it for a couple of my own demos already.
