I run a small business and a side project that grew into the software that runs the business. It is called OtoDock, a self hosted company OS, and anyone can install it and run it for free. Basically it turns Claude Code and Codex into a team of agents on your own server. My marketing is a department of agents (a manager, a content creator and an analytics agent), engineering has the dev agent, and a CEO agent reads the department digests every morning and briefs me.
