Original Summary

The whole B2B demo thing has gotten weird. Someone asks to see the product and suddenly they are booking four different meetings before anyone actually shows them anything. Discovery. Qualification. Scheduling. Technical call. I get the sales logic behind it but from the buyer side it is a lot of friction before they even know if the product is relevant. Self guided demos seem like the obvious middle ground. Let people look around first. If they have serious questions then bring in the sales team. Maybe that would create more ghosting.
