If you were starting a SaaS business from zero today, what would you do differently? I’m learning more about SaaS and trying to understand what actually separates products that get their first paying customers from products that never get traction. For founders who have already built and launched something: - How did you get your first 10 customers? - What was your biggest mistake early on? - Would you focus on building the product first or validating the idea first? I’m especially interested in hearing from people who started with limited resources. There’s so much advice online, but I’d rather learn from people who have actually done it.
