Been spending days on implementing/testing this. This is a B2B SAAS and I'm trying to take ACH. The interface is... not good. The "link" box that asks you to save your data feels unprofessional, and it throws donut loading screens where nothing ever loads (or is supposed to). The whole thing gives a "broken" feel to the app, and I'm feeling like either I'm missing something or there is a better way. Plus it wants to do the two small ach payments for verification thing, which as a business owner I've never had to do before, and feels like it will slow conversion significantly.
