Original Summary

I'm building something in the lead-response space and I'm trying to understand the problem before I build too much. Imagine this: Someone calls your business while you're on another job. Nobody answers. Or someone fills out your website form at 9 PM. Or someone asks for a quote and doesn't hear back until the next morning. What happens after that? Do you have something already handling it, or does someone on your team manually follow up? I'm particularly interested in what happens with missed calls and after-hours inquiries. I'm not looking to sell anything here. I want to understand how businesses actually handle this today, including what existing tools get wrong. If you run a business where phone calls or quote requests matter, I'd genuinely like to hear how you handle it. submitted by /u/abdul_pk [link] [comments]
