I’ve shared earlier versions of this project here before, but this is the first time I’m sharing it as a fully completed, fully functional platform . The player-facing product, operator infrastructure, and complete back-office/admin tooling are all built and working end-to-end. I built Ethosino solo over roughly three years. What started as a much smaller gaming project gradually turned into a full multi-tenant iGaming platform with both the player-facing product and the entire operator/back-office side. At this point the platform includes: 40+ games, mostly custom-built Third-party / PvP game integrations Full operator/admin dashboard Multi-tenant architecture Player and wallet management Deposits and withdrawals Bonuses and promotions KYC / AML tooling Geolocation and jurisdiction controls Risk / fraud controls GGR, revenue and betting analytics Game logs and audit logs Provably-fair systems Branding and content management Treasury / operator balance tooling Poker / PvP tournament infrastructure Homepage customization Operational tooling for managing the platform day-to-day The biggest recent milestone was finishing the back-of-house/admin side . That was important to me because I didn’t want to build something that just looks like a casino. I wanted to build the infrastructure an actual operator could log into and manage. So now the problem has changed. I’m no longer primarily trying to figure out how to build it. I’m looking for the first operational pilot partner who wants to launch on it, work closely with me through the first deployment, and help validate it in a real operating environment. For the first pilot, I’m much more interested in getting a real operator live and proving the platform than maximizing upfront software fees.
