I've spent quite a bit of time thinking about this transport SaaS product, talking about it here, getting feedback, and trying to figure out if there's actually something worth building. At first, I was convinced I had found a real problem, but the more I dug into it, the more complicated it became. Too many assumptions, too much depending on data actually being entered, and too many things that need to work together before the product becomes truly useful. And honestly, I'm starting to feel like I'm forcing the idea instead of solving a problem people genuinely want solved. So I think I'm going to skip this one. It doesn't feel great after spending so much time on it, but I guess that's part of building things.
