Original Summary
Miss a turn, and your GPS finds another route to the same place. I think a fitness app should do that for you. You start the week planning to train four times. Work runs late, you miss a session, and by Sunday you've managed two. You still want to get stronger. You need help figuring out how to get there with the time you actually have. That's why I built Overload. Its AI coach, Drona, builds a plan around your goal, then follows how you're actually getting on. It monitors your workouts, diet, recovery, and progress, picks up when things are drifting from the plan, and uses that context to adjust it. If the schedule isn't working for you, it can restructure the plan, even scrap what it originally suggested. You don't have to notice every mismatch and ask it to make a change first. Everything lives in one app. Log your sets. Describe your lunch in a sentence. Track your recovery, strength, and body measurements. Those pieces help Drona understand your progress and steer what comes next. I want it to feel like someone's walking with you: helping you get started, paying attention along the way, and helping you find your footing when a week doesn't go as planned. Your goal is the destination. The plan is just the route. I've just launched Overload on iPhone. If this sounds like the kind of support you've been missing, I'd love for you to try it and tell me how it fits into your week.
