So i got a review from one of the first users that they speak chinese and it didnt work properly for them as they cant understand english on native level. And Deiko was english supported the transcription and brief to agents all was in english. So I checked on things i could add and I updated Deiko to now have a brief language options into either english(default) or the language user spoke. And similarly for offline mode the languages supported by the mac device user is using will be shown as options. This feeling is really great tho.
