Every student has a life outside of school. Jobs. Family. Commuting. Clubs. Friends. Getting sick. Traveling. Sometimes school just isn't the thing on your mind. But school keeps moving. A professor can post an announcement, change a deadline, upload an assignment, or say something important in class while you're at work, dealing with something at home, or simply not in a position to check your LMS, email, syllabus, and everything else. I kept running into this myself. The problem isn't that students don't care about school. It's that staying on top of everything requires constantly checking everything. So I built CourseConnect AI , an iOS app that brings your academic information together and helps you keep up even when life gets busy. What it does: Upload a syllabus → extracts deadlines, grading weights, late policies, office hours, and what each assignment is worth Record lectures → get summaries and key concepts, while it can also catch deadlines or announcements said out loud Per-class AI tutor → answers using your actual syllabus, deadlines, and lecture content Live Study → spoken practice questions + camera help with problem sets Import grades from Canvas/Brightspace → share your grades page through Safari and get an overview of how you're doing based on the grades you've received so far. No login credentials handed over.
