I got tired of the Product Hunt launch pattern: one big launch day, and if it doesn't go perfectly, you end up drowning beneath the big launches of that day. And your product never ends up being seen by anyone real. So I built Builder Battles. It’s a daily head-to-head between two indie apps. Builders put their apps into a shared pool. Each day (Pacific time) two apps get drawn into a bout. Anyone can show up, vote for free with X or Google, open either app, and see which one wins. The next day the winner gets pinned so people can still see it. The idea is simple. Instead of fighting a giant leaderboard for 24 hours, you fight one opponent. Voters can try both products and pick a side. If the bout flow feels unfair or confusing, I want that feedback too.
