https://helmdeck.de I do most of my coding in the evening after the kids are in bed, except lately it was more like Claude Code doing the coding and me sitting there waiting for it to ask a question or finish a diff. It can grind on a task for twenty, thirty minutes on its own now, but the moment it stopped and needed me, everything paused until I got back to the PC. So I built HelmDeck. When something needs doing, it figures out where that fits against everything else already in flight and slots it in, instead of me manually juggling priorities every time. Whatever agent picks it up works in its own copy of the code, and when it hits a question, that lands as a notification on a phone. Whoever's free on the team answers from wherever they are, nobody has to open a terminal, and it keeps going. It started as just me solving my own problem. Two months later the same board runs a whole team's agents, not just mine, and it's not just answering one question at a time anymore, it's running the whole process, figuring out what's next and keeping nothing stuck.
