Original Summary
I've been tracking my own health for a few years and I ended up with five apps doing five things, four of them on subscriptions, and none of them talking to each other. The breaking point was the fasting app I used, which increased its price to €22 per month for a timer with a ring around it. Meanwhile my sleep was in one app, my weight in another, my mood in a third. So I built Vit and launched it this week. Here is what you can track with it: Fasting - 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD, 5:2, or a custom window, with reminders when you need to start fasting or when it will end Progress photos - take a photo and see a side-by-side comparison of your progress Sleep and activity - reads from Health so you don't have to do it manually Weight - daily entry, with trend overview Supplements - what you take and whether you actually took it, and reminders for them Sick days and injuries - log what happened, what helped and what didn't Patterns and insights - see the data for each category and get insights on your progress Water - to stay hydrated Mood - log your mood, see how it affects your exercise or vice versa Widgets and an Apple Watch for quick tracking and overview No data collection, accounts, or sign-ups. Your fasting window, your sick days and your progress photos stay on your device and synced with iCloud (if you want to). Price. $9.99/year, per year Carl! Not per month! 👀 I'm also running a launch promo for lifetime access at €12.99 - link . I have quite a big roadmap for it, and I'm still actively working on it and expect more useful stuff soon! Happy to answer anything. If you think the pricing is wrong, or there's a feature you'd need before you'd switch off whatever you use now, I genuinely want to hear it. That's most of why I'm posting.
