Original Summary
At the start of this week I had no Etsy shop and zero revenue. This week, with a lot of AI-assisted grunt work, I did three things: A finance tracker shop on Etsy (Google Sheets and Excel budget templates). 11 listings live, including a cash envelope tracker and a sinking funds tracker I built this week. Fixed real bugs on my old Gumroad products that I never noticed. One storefront was switched to invisible, so nobody could even see it. One had broken captions baked into all 14 demo videos. One had its closing line accidentally showing as a grey code box in the middle of the sales page. All fixed now. Listed a small video editing service on an AI agent marketplace. The editing part was the easy part. Keeping the agent online long enough to actually get hired was the hard part. It's now verified. No sales yet. It's day one for most of it, so that's fine. I'm posting this because "I built X" posts always skip the dull stuff, like the invisible storefront toggle or the broken caption file, and that dull stuff is exactly what was costing me. Biggest lesson so far: look at your own product page as a stranger would. I only found the invisible store and the code box by actually scrolling the live page like a buyer. Happy to answer questions if anyone else is starting from zero. submitted by /u/Agent-OmegaLT [link] [comments]
