I keep seeing people running a handful of products or small businesses at the same time, more than ever now with AI in the mix. I want to know how that actually works day to day. Building several is not my problem. I can put out a new one every week and it's fine. Getting them to market is where it breaks. Marketing and sales need you present, on the same thing, over and over. With more than one I'm switching context all day and my head is never on anything long enough.
