Original Summary

Hey everyone, I’ve been working on Domaxus.com and just got the first version live. The idea is to help homeowners make sense of the decisions that come up before selling a house. Things like: Should I repair anything before selling? Should I sell as is? What could the house realistically be worth? What might I actually walk away with after the sale? What selling option makes the most sense? There’s obviously a lot of information out there already, but it’s pretty scattered. I’m trying to bring more of that decision making into one place. This is still V1 and there’s a lot more on the roadmap, but I’d rather get feedback now than keep building in a bubble. Would really appreciate any honest feedback! Some feedback that I believe would be helpful: Is it clear what the site does within the first 30 seconds? Does it feel trustworthy enough to enter information about your home? Is anything confusing or unclear? What did you expect it to do that it currently doesn’t? If you were actually considering selling a home, would you find this useful? I'm not a web developer by profession so any feedback is helpful! submitted by /u/TheKidKrillin [link] [comments]
